·You must fill the correct information on the library use form,  as the provided information will be verified.

• The filled form will be approved by the admin before you get a response
• The library will be open from 8am to 4pm on Mondays to Fridays
• You are allowed to borrow a book for a maximum of 7 days
• You are to make a request for books via your email at all times
• Check books properly before leaving the library and report any damage(s) found on a book immediately it is discovered
• Any damage(s) found when book is returned will require refund or replacement of such book(s)
• Applicants under 15 should include the telephone number of their guardian/parent
• Forward any question(s), information(s) or complaint(s) to the librarian via library@howburyschool.com
• Guests are only allow to read books in the library and not  borrow books out of the Library.
